Sorry for the cold weather...

So after two and a half years of stress and anguish we finally got AC installed in our house. The challenge was the HOA was strick and would not let Fode install the AC himself. Through all of Fode's contacts we were able to get a good deal. When they installed it Fode did most of the work and was more knowledgeable than the installer. Well it is now March 21st and snowing. Winter just won't seem to stop. It is Murphy's law. So I apologize now for the cool summer we are bound to have now that we have AC.
